REGISTRATION AND PROFILE SETUP


What to do: companies and professionals register on the Expandiamo platform by completing a digital form with their business or professional information.

Companies can freely define a compensation plan made up of a sales commission and an optional entry fee for each new client developed.

 
Why join the platform
Registration gives the company immediate visibility to over 500 international export managers and business developers, as well as more than 20,000 active international buyers categorized by sector and geographic area.
The platform facilitates smart matching between supply and demand, optimizing time, cost, and the quality of business connections.

 

THE FOUR ACCESS LEVELS: BASIC, PROFESSIONAL LIGHT, PROFESSIONAL PLUS, GOLDEN
 

BASIC – Visibility and Access to the Network

The Basic plan allows the company to join the Expandiamo network and make its profile visible to a community of international professionals (export managers, agents, and business developers), receiving expressions of interest and spontaneous contacts that may lead to commercial collaborations.

The Basic plan does not include operational support or coordination from the Expandiamo team: collaborations arise directly from the interaction between the company and the professionals within the network.

To ensure that companies are effectively engageable even without the support of an internal Tutor, access to this plan is reserved exclusively for companies with an Export Readiness Score of 60 or higher, indicating an adequate minimum level of commercial preparation and international marketing tools.

 
PROFESSIONAL LIGHT – 12-month export plan with guidance and limited operational support (4 hours/month)
The Professional Light profile is designed for companies that want a structured pathway while remaining directly involved in the execution of commercial activities.

An internal Expandiamo professional dedicates 4 hours per month to:
a) build, together with the company, a 12-month export plan, defining target markets and operational priorities;
b) prepare monthly short-lists of buyers from the Expandiamo database, providing a rationale for each choice (Buyer Rationale Sheet);
c) provide drafts of emails and personalized follow-ups in the appropriate language, to be sent by the company while always copying the dedicated resource;
d) identify the most suitable export managers and facilitate the matching process;
e) monitor and share the outcomes of activities, providing continuous coordination.

In the Light model, the company remains actively engaged in executing commercial actions (sending emails, interacting with buyers, managing timing), while the Expandiamo professional acts as a guide, coordinator, and supervisor, ensuring that every action is targeted and effective.

 
PROFESSIONAL PLUS – Structured pathway and monthly guidance with extended operational activities (10 hours/month)
The Professional Plus profile is designed for companies that want a more intensive and operational support.

An internal Expandiamo professional dedicates at least 10 hours per month to:
a) build a 12-month export plan;
b) select target buyers for each market;
c) directly activate other export managers and agents on the platform;
d) coordinate and carry out commercial development activities, including mailings, direct contacts, and follow-ups managed together with the company;
e) continuously monitor results through dashboards and reports.

Activities start from the very first week with the delivery of two strategic reports:
Export Development Plan (typically 12 markets in 12 months)
International Marketing Readiness Report (marketing materials analysis and improvement proposal)

In the Plus model, the Platform carries out most of the operational work, reducing the internal workload for the company and increasing the level of direct execution.

 
GOLDEN – Senior export manager co-selected and tailored strategy
The Golden profile is designed for companies with medium to long-term objectives in foreign markets and that want to maximize the quality of their export team.

Expandiamo supports the company in defining strategic objectives and the ideal profile of the export manager required.
Thanks to a large database of qualified senior professionals, the Platform presents a shortlist of candidates that are evaluated and jointly selected with the company, ensuring the highest alignment in terms of skills, markets, and working style.

Once the senior export manager has been selected, they follow the company on an ongoing basis, coordinating with the internal Expandiamo team and, when necessary, involving other specialized export managers.

The Golden model is tailored, meaning fully customized, and provides the company with a competitive advantage: it does not simply receive an “assigned” export manager, but co-selects its ideal profile together with Expandiamo, guaranteeing strategic and operational alignment from the very beginning.
