Registration and Profiling

 

What to do: companies and business developers register on the platform by completing a form with business or professional information. Companies freely define a sales compensation plan consisting of a commission and an entry fee  (also payable as an extra commission) for each new client acquired. Only companies and professionals in the food & beverage, cosmetics, and furniture sectors can join the platform.

 

Purpose: presence on the platform provides immediate visibility of your profile to over 500 export managers and business developers. Considering that each export manager has at least 30 established, trusted relationships with international buyers, this translates to nearly unlimited growth potential for a company, with open doors to almost 20,000 buyers. Additionally, in the Professional and Golden version, companies can immediately activate advanced services, generating and directing business negotiations from the very first week.

 

Plan Selection

 

Basic Plan: the company is visible to the export manager network and can be contacted, but it cannot proactively contact or select managers or organize online events to present its products.

 

Professional Plan: the company can

Proactively contact export managers aligned with its strategy, such as export managers with expertise in the German or Chinese markets or those experienced in large-scale distribution or Ho.re.ca. channels.
Organize corporate Impact Events to introduce its business to the entire platform.
Send promotional communications visible to all export managers, for example, to launch a new product or a holiday campaign.

Access a contact dashboard where you can view the profiles of export managers who have requested your company's contact information or simply viewed your page. This allows you to follow up with them immediately if deemed interesting.
Participate in all international events on the calendar, including those exclusive to Golden Suppliers.

 

Golden Plan: in addition to all the benefits included in the Professional plan, the company is assigned a dedicated a senior export manager for a minimum of 15 guaranteed hours per month, selected from the platform’s extensive network based on the company’s specific business development needs.
With the support of this coordinating figure, the company can:

Coordinate an extended team of export managers and international agents on the platform, tailored to its target markets and sales channels.
Receive a periodic report detailing the activities carried out, results achieved, and planned actions.
Organize up to 4 Impact Events per year with the operational support of the dedicated professional.
Promote its business daily to trusted buyers and agents, thanks to the ongoing efforts of the assigned professional.

Basic: export managers and business developers can contact the company and initiate negotiations.

Professional: in addition to waiting to be contacted, the company can directly reach out to the most suitable export managers, proactively initiating negotiations.

Golden: in addition to directly contacting export managers via internal chat, as provided in the Professional plan, the company benefits from the support of a senior export manager dedicated for a minimum of 15 hours per month. This professional assists the company in the operational management of contacts, the selection of priority markets, and the coordination of business development activities through the platform.
